Stop blaming women for not pushing for pay rises

The Male Champions of Change was a group started by the Australia Human Rights Commission in 2010.

However, their recent press shows that the issue of women’s representation in leadership is still a minefield to navigate, when our prevailing culture and workplace structure are more suited to men.

Society has made great progress in improving female representation in the workplace, especially in mining. But has Australia and other English-speaking countries reached the limits of our current societal norms?
