These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) together with our privacy policy, govern International Women in Mining C.I.C.’s relationship with you in relation to your use of the Website. The Website is operated by International Women in Mining C.I.C., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06152111 and whose registered office is at 49 Station Rd, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA.  International Women in Mining C.I.C. is referred to as “International Women in Mining”, “IWiM”,  “Women in Mining”, “our”, “us” and “we” in these Terms and our privacy policy and the term “you” refers to you being the user of our Website.

2.  Accessing the Website

While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time or for any period. The content of the pages of the Website is for your general information and use only and may be updated or changed without notice. You must not create links to the Website without our express prior written consent. International Women in Mining C.I.C. may suspend, discontinue, delete or change all or any part of the Website and the services offered on it at any time without notice.  International Women in Mining C.I.C. shall not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Website is suspended, discontinued, deleted or changed in any way.

We may restrict access to some parts of our Website, or our entire Website, to those users who have registered with us.  If you choose or you are provided with a username and password as part of the registration process, you must treat that information as confidential and you must not disclose it to anyone else. We have the right to disable any username, password and/or your account at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with these Terms.
