Recognising the unique challenges of a geographically dispersed and diverse industry, this mentoring programme provides a supportive and inclusive space where participants can contribute and accelerate both personal and professional growth within their profession or current work area.

Annually, on the 15th of June, the global mining industry commemorates IDWIM to celebrate the perseverance, contributions, talent and spirit of the women who were, are, and will be part of the mining industry worldwide. This annual campaign brings light to the advancements achieved thus far and the opportunities available for the industry to continue to become sustainable, responsible and inclusive.

Since 2014, this campaign has showcased the variety of roles held by individuals in mining, helping shift cultural perceptions and highlighting the industry's evolving inclusivity.

To assist companies with finding and sourcing female PPE we created a global directory of suppliers.

Interview Series 2014-2025 with women with intersectional backgrounds from many countries; the series acts as a role model initiative to inspire women and girls to enter the mining sector.
