As an Industry Change Agent, our impact goal is to strengthen the position and presence of women at all levels of industry.

This is achieved through IWiM Global Projects such as:

IWRMP, an annual cross-company programme established in 2018 to promote and empower women to progress their careers, overcome professional challenges and build confidence for achievement and industry leadership;

IWiMSpeakUp, promoting women’s voices in industry meetings, conferences and thought leadership initiatives since 2015 and changing the conversation by increasing the visibility of women across all mining disciplines and geographies; and

WIM Global Exchange, a dynamic collaboration platform supporting the work of international organisations focused on women in resources and affected communities, increasing coordination at local and international levels to accelerate positive impact for women since 2020.
