Within the framework of International Women’s Day and with the objective that the mining sector has a clear path towards inclusion and gender equality in line with the UN’s 2030 agenda for sustainable development, Mujeres WIM de México established the Coahuila District.
In this inauguration, Anita González, President of WIM Women of Mexico, gave way to the participation of María Luisa Aguilera as the new president of the Coahuila District.
We celebrate Mujeres WIM de Mexico growth and continuity with promoting and strengthening gender equality in the mining industry.
