This report summarises the findings of my Churchill Fellowship research tour in London (United Kingdom), Oslo and Bergen (Norway) and Paris and Deauville (France) in September and October 2011. The research examined the policies and programs in place in these countries to increase the number of women on boards and in management/ executive roles.
