Cracking the Code, 2 years on

The involvement of more women in the boardroom has so far failed to create a trickle down effect for women in the executive pipeline. At Executive Committee (ExCo) level, we cannot confidently predict a timescale for women to ever reach a thirty percent tipping point. This is despite more women than ever committing to their careers.
