Our director Barbara Dischinger participated in episode #23 of the WiMSA Mining Indaba series with Petro du Pisani. Barbara describes how WiM organisations play an important role in promoting and developing women working in the mining industry. IWiM currently includes over 100 WiM organisations across 55 countries. In 2021 IWiM launched the WiM alliance, which aims to help WiM organisations collaborate and come closer together.
