Great to see someone so recognised in the Canadian mining sector encouraging women! Pity it is so short. It would have been nice to hear her elaborate on the topic.
I decided to look up Kaminak Gold. Does having a female CEO translate into more female professionals at the top?
On the board she is the only one. Management features Eira and two more: Brenda Nowak is Corporate Secretary and Allison Armstrong is Director of Lands & Development.
I haven’t been able to find out what the percentage of female employees is and I haven’t found anyone new outside of the already mentioned on LinkedIn. So answer is probably no in this instance
