Jennifer Irons joins Diamante Minerals Inc. as CFO

July 9th 2015 – Diamante Minerals, Inc., a natural resource company focused on the diamond sector, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Irons as the company’s new chief financial officer, replacing Chad Ulansky, who will continue to serve as Diamante’s chief executive officer.

“Bringing Jennifer aboard as CFO is a natural progression for Diamante as the company moves forward from being an inactive shell to a full-fledged diamond exploration company,” Ulansky said. “Jennifer’s experience is well positioned to support the demands of Diamante’s expanding activities, and we welcome her expertise to the team.”

Biography
Ms. Jennifer Irons, C.A. has been Chief Financial Officer at Diamante Minerals, Inc. since July 2015. Ms. Irons served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Northern Uranium Corp. (MPVC Inc.) from June 1, 2014 and June 19, 2015 to July 2015 respectively. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Metalex Ventures Ltd. from October 25, 2013 to July 2015. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Cantex Mine Development Corp. from October 25, 2013 to July 2015. Prior to Cantex, Ms. Irons served for a Kelowna based accounting firm where she served both individual and corporate clients. She served as a Director of Northern Uranium Corp. (MPVC Inc.) since April 3, 2014. Ms. Irons holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta and obtained her C.A. designation in 2006.
