IWIM Releases 2023-2025 Impact Report Highlighting Global Reach, Policy Engagement and Practical Tools for Workplace Inclusion

IWIM has released its 2023-2025 Impact Report, outlining two years marked by expanded global reach, stronger policy engagement and new tools designed to drive inclusion across the natural resources sector.

The report reflects IWIM’s evolution into a global NGO working across the entire natural resources supply chain, with a mission to support organisations in creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.

“This report reflects the measurable progress IWIM has achieved over the past two years. Thanks to industry and policy leaders who share a commitment to equity—and to those who have welcomed our gender expertise into their spaces—our reach has expanded, our partnerships have strengthened, and we are delivering practical tools that help organisations make tangible, lasting change. IWIM’s mission remains clear: to build workplaces where everyone can thrive and to support the natural resources sector as it continues to transform for the better.”
— Barbara Dischinger, Executive Director, IWIM
