Towards inclusion in extractives governance

This report examines progress in integrating gender considerations into the governance of the extractive sector through the EITI Standard. It highlights improvements in women’s participation in multi-stakeholder groups and increased disclosure of gender-disaggregated data, while noting persistent gaps in leadership representation and gender-responsive reporting. The report also presents case studies and recommendations to strengthen inclusive governance and transparency in the extractive industries.
