Tool Suite 4: Addressing GBVH and Building Respectful Workplaces

A good management system provides for consultation with stakeholders and a means for complaints from workers and local communities to be addressed. It is key under PS1 to focus on gender-sensitive stakeholder engagement with specific, inclusive, and meaningful consultation with women to analyze gender differences in identification of risk, and GBVH impacts during the life cycle of a project.
