The Organisational Gender Equality Dashboard is a hypothesis-led, evidence-based measurement framework developed by the Champions of Change Coalition to help Members accelerate progress on inclusive gender equality within their organisations.

Designed as an internal measurement framework, it supports Boards and executive teams to identify and share details of the underlying drivers of gender pay gaps, understand where progress is being made, and plan targeted, practical action to address gaps that remain.

Key features of the Dashboard:

-A structured approach to analysing the root causes of gender pay gaps in your organisation, including a focus across three key dimensions:
*Representation: How progression, tough spots and the unequal distribution of care responsibilities shape gender balance across roles and levels.
*Pay: How discretionary pay, like performance bonuses and overtime, and non-discretionary pay play out by gender.
*Culture: How employees experience the organisation and are supported to manage commitments outside work, by gender.

-The Dashboard complements mandatory WGEA reporting and target setting. It focuses on ten clear, data-driven metrics that help identify root causes and opportunities for targeted action. By also placing organisational performance in context against national and industry benchmarks, it supports practical planning and ensures a coordinated, sustained response across the organisation.
