Since WIMAR SG and PwC Singapore began collaborating on studies of the state of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) in the Singapore mining and resources industry in 2016, the world has seen a raft of movements for equality ranging from the #MeToo movement, to regulatory changes mandating disclosure of gender statistics.
