Some 250 Champions of Change Coalition Members have publicly reaffirmed their ongoing commitment to lead on advancing gender equality in the workplace. This commitment marks 15 years of collective leadership from the Coalition, captured in a new, comprehensive report released today.

How the Coalition is responding to conversations about the role and value of workplace gender equality strategies.
Results include: increased representation of women in leadership, greater transparency on gender pay gaps, expanded support for flexibility and care, and stronger safety, respect and inclusion across workplaces.
The report shows what’s possible when leaders step up and act together. It also reinforces that Members will protect what’s been achieved, tackle the barriers that remain, and tap into industry and technological advancements to accelerate progress towards our vision for inclusive gender equality across our workplaces by 2030.
Since 2010, more than 250 CEOs and board-level leaders have come together through the Coalition to advance inclusive gender equality across their organisations and sectors. Representing over 1.5 million employees, this work is grounded in long-term strategy, practical action, and collective accountability.
