The Women in Mining Abitibi-Témiscamingue team will be active during Quebec Mining Week, Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Le Trèfle Noir brewery in Rouyn-Noranda . The event is open to all, men and women working or not in the mining sector.
During this happy hour, the members of our Board of Directors will meet with you in a round table format to discuss various concerns and challenges in the mining industry, whether it is work-family balance or pay equity. through the challenges related to training and inclusion.
These discussions will take place in a friendly atmosphere, and the aim is to break down the barriers that may deter people from choosing a career in our sector.
