WIM/WiN-SK hereby notify our membership of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 19th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm as per Article 5.1 (a) (b) of the WIM/WiN-SK By-laws.
As Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan Inc. (WIM/WiN-SK) enters our 8th year, we are pleased to provide an update on our existing and upcoming initiatives. We would like to thank all of our members and sponsors for their continued support as our presence continues to grow in the province.
General business at the AGM will include:
-Review and Approval of Financial Statements
-Election of new Directors
-Updates from the Board Chair and Executive Director
Special business being presented:
-Revisions to By-law #1 dated 31, May 2017.
All members of WIM/WiN-SK are encouraged to participate in our annual AGM. Given the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the meeting will be held virtually through Zoom.
Members of the Board of Directors will remain online at the conclusion of the formal business meeting to give members the opportunity to virtually network.
