This workshop aims to explore the relationships between mindset, wellbeing and gender and the role they play in professional success.
It will:
> Help participants understand what negatively impacts mindset and wellbeing during times of stress and change
> Unpack how gender differences (in this case, males and females) can be illuminated during times of stress and change and what to do about it
> Explore how healthier mindsets, visibility and boundaries can result in seeing more women in leadership and executive roles in the resources sector.

> Men & Women in Senior and Executive roles in resources
> Women in mid-level, senior and executive roles in resources
> Women aspiring to be in a leadership role in mining and resources
> Human Resource and Learning & Development professionals responsible for creating gender diverse leadership teams
