The conference aims to discuss issues around inclusivity, equality and diversity issues in the workplace and the environment as a whole. Exploring technology accessibility for differently abled people’s inclusion and understanding factors affecting mental health for employees who care for family members/children living with disabilities in their homes and the different means put in place to assist them. Furthermore, discussing fertility, rights and maternity leave for women living with disabilities with health experts. We will also highlight systemic challenges relating to the achievement of equality, particularly in relation to disability and finding solutions.
