Established in 2018, our cross-company mentoring programme supports professionals in advancing their careers, overcoming challenges, and building confidence to lead within the industry.

Inclusive Workplace Design

Introduced in 2020, this initiative promotes practical, inclusive tool for workplace environments that benefit everyone within the mining industry.

Respect at Work

Launched in 2022, we created this platform to allow survivors of bullying, racism, harassment and gender-based violence to have a safe space where they can share their stories anonymously and feel heard. And for others to learn more about the topic.

Pit to Peak Pathfinder

Initiative designed to empower & connect mining professionals across the globe. Recognising the unique challenges of a geographically dispersed and diverse industry, this mentoring programme provides a supportive and inclusive space where participants can contribute and accelerate both personal and professional growth within their profession or current work area.

Culture Calendar

Global Culture Calendar incorporating international days of observance, health days, religious celebrations, neurodiversity days, cultural and historic celebrations, LGBTQIA+ days and more.

International Day of Women in Mining (IDWIM)

Annually, on the 15th of June, the global mining industry commemorates IDWIM to celebrate the perseverance, contributions, talent and spirit of the women who were, are, and will be part of the mining industry worldwide. This annual campaign brings light to the advancements achieved thus far and the opportunities available for the industry to continue to become sustainable, responsible and inclusive.
