Job Purpose
• As of process management, this role is to ensure best practices are implemented and adhered within the finance organization and across all finance related processes;
• This role owns process design, measures, master data and performance, and determine end-to-end process design under guidance of the Process Sponsor as well as Group and BA;
• Furthermore, the role is also responsible for internal control and make sure company’s processes are well defined with proper control activities, facilitate, and drive internal control framework to ensure it is running in an effective way, mitigate any control deficiencies in a timely manner.
Job Description
• Accountable for process design, measures, performance and master data. Optimize business performance by enhancing the process, including system functionality and facilities, ‘end-to-end.
• Manage process improvement activities Identify needs for improvement, planning of process development and design of improved process Drive process implementation, ensure training availability and execution Process communication enabling easy discovery and access to content and performance details.
• Formulate requirements for sub processes.
• Monitor and drive changes / implementation of system functionality and make recommendations for changes, unless this is delegated to sub-process owners.
• For AR part, this role is to ensure accounts receivable is managed in accordance with principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• This role is also responsible for supporting the business in developing credit processes, risk assessment and working capital enhancing structures.
Your Profile
• A manager leads people and activities to achieve agreed business objectives. He/she has full managerial responsibility for a team/department etc.; including EHS, budget, people development, hire/fire etc. Work is normally carried out by direct supervision and by setting targets for team and individuals. He/she contributes to the work of senior managers.
• Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives.
• Requires in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.
• Leading employees. Manages a generally homogeneous team; adapts plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges in accordance with the Sandvik Leadership Model.
• Guides, influences and persuades others either internally in other externally.
• Ensure adherence to Sandvik Code of Conduct, applicable legislation and established policies and guidelines within area of responsibility.
• Preferred work location is Shanghai.
