About your job
In this position, you’re part of the Performance Development & Optimization team, working to strengthen our current business and developing the capabilities needed to enable, manage and execute value selling solutions to our customers. Together with and supported by the experts in our team, you develop and document best practices concerning performance in Crushing & Screening processes, while supporting our front line by executing these out in the field.
Furthermore, you collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data through testing and sampling – with the purpose of identifying trends and creating insights. Being a key player in our efforts to develop more capabilities to help our customers outperform, you present and communicate findings, both in your own team and with relevant stakeholders. You’re also involved in supporting our front line by coordinating the certification process for our Global Process Experts.
The location for this position is Svedala – just outside of Malmö – and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you have the opportunity to work from home two days a week. International travel is a natural part of your job.

To succeed in this role, you also need:
- A university degree in a relevant field – preferably a master’s in engineering.
- Few years of relevant professional experience in the areas of testing engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, mining engineering, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- It’s advantageous with experience in heavy industry, knowledge and experience in crushing and screening processes is a plus.
