After successful application, members are grouped based on profession or area of work. Each circle is facilitated by a leader or co-leaders who supports the group’s process and dynamics.

The formal mentoring circle relationship lasts for an agreed period defined by its participants but may continue informally if mutually desired.

We encourage members to attend at least 75% of meetings to maintain group cohesion. If you must miss a session, please notify your circle leader in advance and stay engaged through online communications.
