About the Presentation: Self-Imposed Ceilings
After over a decade of career coaching and mentoring, the presenter will provide various examples of when people actually hold themselves back from career progression without realizing it.  From this presentation, one should gain a better sense of self-awareness and peer perception along with how to break through any self-imposed career ladder barriers.
