Title: Data Management – Adding Value to Geoscience Investment
A recent study conducted by a global mining company indicated that exploration geologists spend about 80% of their time searching for and manipulating data versus 20% analyzing data. This trend is typical across many exploration projects and does not provide the opportunity for mine finders to do what they have been educated and trained to do.
This presentation will look at strategies that can significantly increase the time available for geologists to interrogate their data and deduce meaningful insights that could drive exploration success.
