Hosted by WOMEESA in association with the Dorothy Hill Women in Earth Sciences Symposium, we present an insightful and practical workshop and discussion forum to support mid-career Earth and environmental scientists who are

· seeking to transition across to a new sector; or
· seeking to re-enter the workforce after a significant career break.
