Join Hatch and the CIM D&I Advisory committee for an exciting panel of Indigenous women in the mining industry! This webinar will be part two of the Indigenous Engagement webinar series, an engaging panel discussion and an opportunity to explore the experiences and perspectives of Indigenous women who have chosen to work in exploration and mining. This webinar will touch on issues of intersectionality and racism within the industry, as well as the positive experiences and the progress being made towards equality and equity. The discussion will include strategies to manage challenging workplace situations, as well as actions and opportunities to support resource development with greater respect for the rights, experiences, and aspirations of Indigenous Peoples.
