Your journey begins here.
BHP Billiton in partnership with the Minerals Council of Australia, the national body representing exploration, mining and minerals processing industry, is seeking outstanding engineering students to apply for our Women in Engineering Scholarship.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be an ambassador for the industry and promote women in engineering. As the Scholarship recipient, you will be provided with $8000 per annum for the final two years of your Engineering study, as well as receiving personal and professional development to launch your career. You will be eligible for BHP Billiton’s 12 week undergraduate program where you will gain experience working at one of our Australian operations based in a regional or remote town (commencing November 2016).
If you are currently enrolled full time in studying an Engineering degree and are expected to complete in 2017, then this could be the beginning of your journey.
